We are absolutely pumped to announce our Senior Men’s coach for the 2025 season - Vitaly Leschen.
Vitaly has played at Wangaratta City Football Club for a few years now being a vital player in our squad. Taking home Runners Up B&F in 2024, along with being awarded our Senior Club Person of the Year.
Vitaly previously played for Myrtleford Savoy SC with much success, and also played a season at Boomers FC. In addition to his impressive playing career, Vitaly has embraced coaching roles at Wangaratta City FC and has absolutely loved the opportunity.
He is expecting next season to be a massive challenge but is excited for what’s to come. Success to him next year will be bringing back a sense of community into the senior squads and getting people back around the pitch on Sundays.
Vitaly’s resume speaks for itself and we as a club are unbelievably lucky to have a leader, coach and player of his standard and quality take on a senior coaching role.
