It is our great pleasure to announce our Senior Women’s coach for the 2025 season - Raul Pahina.
Raul has played football since he was a 7 year old with experience at many levels at a number of clubs, including Murray United, Twin City Wanderers, Myrtleford Savoy Soccer Club, and of course Wangaratta City Football Club.
Taking home the league title at Myrtleford coupled with a grand final win; he was also awarded best on ground senior player during the WCFC VS MSSC derby, receiving the Darryl Vandersteeg cup.
Raul is now wanting to follow in his Dad’s footsteps with coaching. Raul has completed many coaching courses and had the opportunity to co-coach the Reserve Women in the 2024 season along side one of our strongest Senior players, Hannah Swindley.
There was incredible success in our Reserve Women’s squad this year getting the girls all the way to the semi-final. Raul is ready to bring his skills and knowledge to a higher level to see what he can bring our Senior Women of 2025.
